Scales of Justice Patent Canvas Print, Vintage 1885 Wall Art

This scales of justice patent canvas print reproduces an 1885 patent drawing of a two-pan balance scale on aged parchment, for an attorney, paralegal or law student who appreciates the history behind the symbol. The plate draws the graduated beam, the sliding poise and both suspended pans in separate detail views, the kind of hand-inked precision a photo cannot match. Made to order and hand-finished in our family workshop in Northeast Ohio, it is made in the USA and hangs with adhesive strips that hold securely without nails or tools and remove cleanly without wall damage.
