Polishing compound is mixed with the liquid in the source bucket, while the precision pump controls its delivery throughout the polishing cycle. This provides a more consistent polishing environment and helps eliminate the guesswork associated with manually adding liquid during processing. Achieve Mirror-Like Finishes When used after the appropriate deburring and surface-preparation steps, the Precision Polishing Kit can produce an exceptionally smooth, highly reflective finish on a wide variety of materials. Depending on the material and its starting surface condition, polishing cycles can range from approximately 30 minutes to 6 hours, with many applications achieving excellent results in approximately 1–2 hours.
