JATA BHUMI — SOLI Notes Oceanic · Aquatic Smoke · Leather Animalic Notes · Geosmin Description Jata Bhumi is inspired by the Nadran ceremony in Indramayu, where offerings are carried out to sea in tribute to the guardians of the waters. The fragrance opens above the water—salty, oceanic and humid. As boats move with the current, traces of smoke enter the composition, meeting leather and the atmosphere of the ceremony unfolding at sea. Beneath it, the fragrance becomes increasingly visceral. Animalic notes and geosmin evoke damp earth, living water and something almost bodily beneath the surface. Marine, smoky and strangely alive, Jata Bhumi captures the space between ritual, sea and earth. The scent from above the boat: salt in the air, smoke in the wind, and something alive below.
