Unlike generic adhesives, it’s a purpose-built clay that grips moss to vertical glass and hardscape, then cures stable, with no shrinking or cracking. What makes it different It’s 100% mineral clay with no organic additives, so there’s nothing in it to feed mould or gnats. That makes it the safe choice for sealed jars and closed terrariums, for first-time builders, and for anyone who has fought mould before. It’s finely milled in small batches and tested in Brunei’s tropical conditions, with no synthetic additives and no artificial binders. If you want plants to root into and feed from the wall itself, use Modelling Soil. Press it firmly onto the glass or surface in an even coat. Press the moss on firmly so it makes full contact with the clay. Mist to keep it moist while the moss establishes. Good to know Keep it above the waterline. It holds up to humidity and misting, but prolonged saturation softens it, so it isn’t for fully submerged builds. Keep the pack sealed and dry between uses, because the powder absorbs moisture and clumps. Wear a dust mask when handling large amounts of the dry powder. Which one should I choose? For sealed jars and closed terrariums where you want the lowest mould risk, choose Modelling Clay. For planting and growing in open or vented builds, choose Modelling Soil.
