27th Infantry Hoodie

Wolfhounds. The Bolsheviks gave the 27th Infantry Regiment that name during the Siberian Expedition in 1918 — because of how relentlessly the regiment pursued retreating forces across the Russian frontier. From there the Wolfhounds went to Guadalcanal, the Northern Solomons, Luzon, Korea, and Vietnam as part of the 25th Infantry Division’s Tropic Lightning force at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. A regiment that has been in every fight that mattered for over 120 years.
