CIT® Gen3 hyperspectral cameras, high-resolution colour cameras and optional conductivity sensors classify product by chemical composition, colour, shape and pattern. Detected foreign bodies drop through a trapdoor via Zero Touch Reject – no air blasts or paddles – eliminating bounce-backs and misfires while keeping product loss to a minimum.
