The swing arms can be locked together or disengaged for unilateral movement, offering training versatility unique to this type of machine. We designed this machine to accommodate athletes of all sizes. We have accomplished this with as many height/sizing options as possible. On the front of the machine you are able to clip the belt in at (8) different height options to dial in proper positioning quickly and accurately. The adjustable arm system and leg lock ensure a secure, customized setup for every movement.
