Join us for a fun and hands on workshop where you'll learn how to make delicious homemade macarons from scratch. This class is perfect for beginners wanting to learn the techniques and tips needed to create smooth macaron shells with the perfect texture and flavour. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn how to make vanilla macaron shells, which will be split into two different colours, along with two delicious ganache fillings. You'll be guided through every step of the process, including mixing, piping, baking and assembling your macarons. During the class, participants will create flavours including Raspberry rose and Passionfruit while learning helpful techniques that can be used to create endless flavours and colour combinations at home. By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with the confidence and knowledge to recreate macarons in your own kitchen, along with your own beautifully assembled 4 tier macaron tower to take home and enjoy. Attire Guidelines: To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, we kindly ask participants to adhere to specific attire guidelines. Closed. toes shoes and full covered clothing is required to ensure comfort and safety throughout the class. Aprons will be provided for all partcipants to protect their clothing, and we encourage attendees to tie back their hair to maintain a sanitary workplace. Additional information: Participants will receive detailed recipes with step by step guidances to continue practicing their dessert making environment suitable for all skill levels. A waiver form will be given at the start of the workshop that will require to be read and signed before commencing the class. Location: Located in the store, "Jess Lemon", at 10 Market St, Nunawading, 3131, Vic. We Can't wait to welcome you to the workshop for a fun and creative experience filled with delicious desserts and hands on learning. Age Restrictions: Participants must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of participants aged 10+ may attend with the supervision of a guardian who also required a ticket entry for the class. Alternatively, there is a waiting area available for guardians who do not wish to participate in the workshop. Cancellations/ Rescheduling All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7days) before the workshop date, a $150 fee will be incurred. No Shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
