The Pan Industries Type C Full Circle Insert (FCI) is engineered for the precision handling of production tubing and small-diameter drill pipe. Designed for use in Model C Pneumatic and Manual Spiders, these inserts provide a continuous 360-degree radial grip around the tubular. Unlike standard slips that can cause “point-loading,” the Pan FCI design distributes the 82.5-ton (165,000 lbs) hook load evenly, virtually eliminating the risk of “bottlenecking” or crushing thin-walled tubing strings during workover and well-servicing operations.
