KATIA KIREI NATURAL, 100 g A soft and airy single-ply 100% wool yarn for beautiful outdoor knitwear and accessories for the whole family. Kirei is also well suited for crochet. It is ideal for creating striking Icelandic-style sweaters and cardigans, as well as vests, slipovers, hats, and cowls. Patterns originally designed for Norwegian sweaters (e.g. for Lettlopi yarn) are also well suited for Kirei. Mercerization gives the yarn a soft sheen and enhances the depth of its colors. Mercerized yarn has a firmer structure, making it particularly pleasant to knit and crochet. Mercerized wool can be machine washed on a gentle cycle.
