Holacanthus ciliaris, commonly known as the Queen Angelfish, is one of the most visually extravagant and instantly recognizable marine angelfish ever introduced to the aquarium trade. Mature specimens display an extraordinary fusion of electric blue, neon turquoise, and radiant yellow-orange coloration, crowned by the species’ iconic iridescent “queen’s crown” marking positioned above the eyes.
