Rotary Pump Control The Cellini Evo PID uses a 20 bar commercial rotary pump, giving it quieter operation and more consistent pressure delivery than vibration pump machines. It can run from the internal 1.7L water tank or be connected directly to mains water, making it better suited to users building a fixed espresso station rather than a purely benchtop setup. Larger Heat Exchange Platform A 1.8L heat exchange boiler allows brewing and steaming at the same time, delivering stable thermal performance during repeated espresso preparation and milk texturing. The boiler and pump gauges provide clear feedback during use, while the insulated steam wand and hot water outlet support a smoother workflow for milk drinks, long blacks and cleaning tasks.
