Plum and Elderflower Jam 200gm
Handmade in small batches to an old family recipe, this dark plum jam is rich and indulgent. Blood plums from Central Tilba and Dignams Creek on the South Coast of NSW are delicately paired with fragrant elderflowers for a soft floral lift. The result is a beautiful fruity jam with a delicate hint of blossom that lingers on the palate. Small batch, hand cut, natural-set. Made seasonally by Tilba Cooks for Pepe Saya.
