Rum BBQ Sauce

This is barbecue sauce as you've never tried it before. Our Outcask Wild Rum, paired with roasted and ground local macadamia nuts, rich molasses and wild spices - and left to get cozy in an ex-rum cask - slowly fermented for depth. Finished with real cacao for a decadent, delicious flavour with a lingering, rounded finish. Sweet, smoky, savoury - and just a little dangerous Built for open fire, late nights and generous pouring. Keep refrigerated once opened.
