OTA7456 VIP Table Credit Issue – Correction of credit, the client was told they would receive the full 700€ in credit but for 11 PAX only actually get 370€ in credit, the calculation for this is cost of the ticket is 11 x 30€ which is 330€, then as they paid 700€ its 700€ – 330€ = 370€ total credit. As they were told it was the full 700€ credit when being sold the ticket, Tenerife First agreed to pay the remaining 330€ to add up to 700€ so the client got what they thought they were getting upon purchasing and Utopia provided the clients with the full 700€ credit.
