To ensure they stayed true to its Italian heritage, Symons' enlisted the help of Fabio who has 35 years experience making mozzarella and previously made the only Australian organic mozzarella which was discontinued a few years ago. This cheese-making skill combined with the rich biodynamic/organic milk from their farmers in Western Victoria, has produced a traditional mozzarella ball which is soft, delicate and most importantly stretchy with subtle flavour and a creamy texture. Family owned since 1919, Symons Organic Dairy was relaunched in 2017 by third generation member Bruce Symons with a premium range of organic dairy products.
