It is a blend of Saemidori and Okumidori cultivars, carefully selected for their exceptional flavor and vibrant green color. Saemidori: Known for its natural sweetness, smooth umami profile, and low bitterness. Okumidori: Adds a rich, deep green hue and well-rounded, mild taste. Our partner farm in Uji follows traditional and environmentally respectful farming practices, certified under Japan’s JAS standard — comparable to EU organic standards. It’s as good for you as it is for the planet. Ingredients: 100% ceremonial grade matcha. This bag contains 30grams of matcha, which is good for 15-30 servings, according to your taste. Packaged in an eco-friendly resealable bag to ensure lasting freshness. Please note: our current packaging still mentions the word “organic”, but our products are not yet SKAL-certified.
