It is made from many panels of see-through chiffon creating a rich layered look. When walking the fabric flows and leaves gaps for the legs to peek through. The stretch waist lets you wear the skirt high-waisted or low on the hips. The Free Flow skirt is best worn with a bikini in hot summer or with a body/ tank top to highlight the slits of the skirt.
