We taste soft berries, orange sherbet, and cotton candy with a bright, candy-like sweetness and layered fruit character. Using extended anaerobic fermentation and controlled drying methods, the coffee develops a vibrant and expressive profile while maintaining balance in the cup. Produced through Forest Coffee, this lot reflects a continued focus on innovation, transparency, and connecting Colombian producers directly with roasters around the world.
