*** WILL SHIP MID/LATE MAY 2026 *** Gorgeous CNC machined billet hinges with brass bearings for smooth and reliable operation. Available in Targa and Coupe versions. Made in Colorado. Problem: Targa: Swapping the engine cover for a lighter NSX-R style aftermarket cover (CF or aluminum) requires the replacement of the OEM hinges. Proper fitment with an aftermarket cover usually requires spacers — added parts, added hassle, and unfinished look. Coupe: The OEM coupe hinges can develop a loose pin over time, leading to an annoying rattle that shows up at certain RPMs. Solution: The HCE billet hinges are a direct fit for both targa and coupe cars. They allow owners to use a lightweight NSX-R style engine cover without any modifications or additional components. The hinges are compatible with the coupe's OEM engine cover as well. Our hinges are CNC machined in house and come with pressed in brass bearings for smooth operation. Features: Built in height to eliminate need for spacers (for Targa application) A shorter version for the coupe that works with both OEM and NSX-R style engine covers. Brass bearings for smooth and durable operation Eliminates the annoying hinge rattle that can appear over time. Easy bolt on installation - no drilling or modifications necessary The cover to hinge mounting holes are threaded (m6x1.0) for ease of assembly (unless the "Coupe using OEM Cover" variant is ordered). Hinges using the OEM coupe cover have through-holes to match the cover's built-in mounting points. Hardware for installation included for all variants.
