Eid Qurbani Beef (about 45 to 50 lbs before cleaning)

One animal divided in 7 portions. Each orders gets portion roughly between 38 to 45 Lbs, distributed in 3 bags. Internal organs are very limited and not from the same animal. If any special instructions are there for Qurbani (name/ fathers name etc as per your custom) please provide that in the Comment section at the time to checkout. We pass it on to the cleric who recites the prayer at the slaughter house. Cut medium size stew pieces standard for Qurbani - no custom cutting as it gets extremely busy. Moderate/ quick fat cleaning. All meat will be mixed and packed in 3 equal weight packets.
