In this class, you will learn how to incorporate olives into every course of a meal. Begin the class with a Dirty Margatini and a guided tasting of different olive varieties. You will also prepare a marinated olive feta dip served alongside a fresh olive herb focaccia (plan to have a little extra to take home). Then you will discover how to pair ingredients of a crisp butter lettuce salad featuring bright castelvetrano olives. You'll then learn to create a flavorful Chicken Marbella, served alongside a rich and creamy olive oil polenta. To finish the experience a unique and decadent dark chocolate orange olive cake. $90 per person.
