21 October 2025 --- Ralph Scarves are usually sewn-to-order and may take a couple of weeks to ship. For us, Scarves were really an afterthought, although we have been making them since 2015. People would handle our Fabric, then run it against a cheek and say things like “WOW, this is soooo soft! You should make scarves ...” We are now offering Scarves in our MidWeight Fabrics and our 100% Wool Denim: MidWeight Scarves are about 9.5 inches (24 cm) by 72 inches (183 cm), with fringed ends, and weigh about 9 ounces (250 grams) Denim Scarves are about 9 inches (23 cm) wide by 60 inches long (152 cm), with Natural Selvedge ends and serged edges. The Denim Scarves weigh about 8 ounces (226 grams) The Scarves are bordered with American-made nylon serging thread. One of our customers tells us he likes to wear the Scarf around his neck and then over the top of his Big Brim Boonie . He mentioned you can see many paintings from the 1770s, the time of the American Revolution, depicting soldiers wearing scarves over their hats for protection against the severe winters of those years.
