Cold smoked in-house with pecan wood. The smokiness enhances the trout roe's natural essence without compromising the pearls' integrity. Rainbow Trout roe is native to the Northern Pacific Ocean. Firm vibrant pearls, but an easy pop to release the sea flavor. A fun roe pairing for everything from fine sushi to chips and dip. Note: Trout Roe is not caviar as it is not roe from sturgeon.
