COLOUR Deep ruby red. AROMATICS Aromas of plum, blackcurrant, mint, and subtle anise. PALATE Forest fruit flavours and dark chocolate are balanced with soft acidity and lingering, savoury tannins. VINTAGE NOTES A cool spring led to a slightly later harvest. Higher-than-average summer temperatures in January and February aided ripening but caused variation in bunches across each vine. Picking decisions were based on taste, ensuring ample ripeness before harvest.
