Ancient techniques find a fresh new approach within these serene rural landscapes and combined, grant this textile a vibrant aura that projects beyond its materiality. It’s a unique piece handmade using pure non-dyed llama wool. Its texture is distinctly smooth. These camelids are raised in the mountains, in the north of Argentina, at almost 4,000 meters above sea level, in a dreamy natural setting. In these remote valleys and slopes, only native farming communities live, and the llamas are raised following ancient herding techniques. Both the front and back are the same, woven in llama wool.
