930/964T Scavenge Pump Reseal Kit [930-107-005-TK] This kit includes everything needed to reseal the oil pump, and the air pump pulley's housing it is mounted on. The scavenge pump assembly should be resealed any time the turbocharger is rebuilt or replaced. The scavenge pump should also be tested before removing the turbocharger. Tired seals are often a source of turbochargers bypassing oil and smoking. Test the scavenging at idle, midrange, and upper revs. The oil scavenging should always outpace the turbocharger oil supply.
