Bite-sized cubes of our fresh-baked shokupan bread are tossed in honey butter soy caramel, sprinkled with a bit of sugar and fleur de sel (French sea salt), baked until crunchy and caramelized. Perfect overtop ice cream, or just enjoy them by the handful.
