Innis & Gunn Vanishing Point 07 is a bold, barrel‑aged Imperial Stout matured in whisky casks, delivering extraordinary depth, intensity and complexity. Brewed in small batches in Scotland, this limited release showcases Innis & Gunn’s mastery of oak, time and innovation. Vanishing Point 07 undergoes an exceptional double‑cask maturation. The imperial stout spends nine months resting in rare ex‑The Glenlivet 18 Year Old single malt whisky casks, absorbing layers of vanilla oak, nutty malt sweetness and warming whisky character. It is then finished for a further three months in Portuguese port casks, adding subtle dark fruit, berry richness and luxurious depth to the finish. Expect layers of dark chocolate, espresso, molasses and toasted oak, balanced by gentle whisky warmth and a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel.
