Family Fresh Pasta & Bolognese with Tiramisu - Jun 7th | 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM - 7 Jun 2026
Jun 7th | 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM $150 (Supplies Included) One ticket admits up to 3 people! Family Fresh Pasta & Bolognese with Tiramisu Bring the whole family together for a hands-on Italian cooking class where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and pair it with a rich, hearty Bolognese sauce. In this class, families will prepare fresh pasta dough, learning how to mix, knead, rest, roll, and cut it into classic pasta shapes including tagliatelle, fettuccine, and linguine. Along the way, our instructor will explain how pasta shape, thickness, and texture can change the final dish. Families will also prepare a traditional-style Bolognese sauce, learning how flavor is built through simple ingredients, browning, simmering, and seasoning. Once the pasta and sauce are ready, everyone will bring the dish together and sit down to enjoy the fresh pasta they made. To finish the class, families will enjoy tiramisu together for dessert, making this a full hands-on cooking experience from pasta-making to a shared meal at the end. This workshop is perfect for families who want to cook together, learn the foundations of fresh pasta making, and enjoy a relaxed Italian meal at NY Cake Academy. All supplies and materials are included. NY Cake Academy classes are held in our Manhattan flagship at 118 W 22nd St. All supplies and materials included, but if you require any special accomodations please don't hesitate to contact us at custom@nycakeacademy.com. Our classes are hands-on, interactive experiences. So, please dress accordingly. We recommend wearing casual clothing that you won’t mind getting a little sugar on, and flat comfortable shoes.
