Romanesco Broccoli

The spiky heads of Romanesco Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) grow in an unusual fractal formation. This Italian heirloom produces 5-6" heads with a mild, nutty flavor similar to cauliflower. Seed packet contains 750 MG (about 275 seeds). Broccoli is perfect eaten raw, roasted, steamed and added to stir fries and soups.
