The Tabor Adama Cabernet Sauvignon from the Galilee, Israel is a wine of nice medium purple color. The main aroma is of burnt black fruit, almost like roasted blackberries, although there are also some notes of red fruit, perhaps a touch red fruits, like raspberries and roasted blackberries. There is also some nice wood on the back, cedar and a touch of vanilla for sweetness. The wine has a medium to full-bodied taste and the acid is very calm all the way through and to the finish.
