Condition The linen cupboard is in good structural condition, showing an intentional distressed finish along with a notable historic repair: Please note that the left-hand drawer front has a prominent, visible crack running across the bottom right corner where it appears to have been historic dropped at some point. The drawer front has been structurally stabilized and repainted, though the fracture line remains clearly visible upon close inspection. The entire unit has been repainted at some stage, with the grey coat purposely distressed and rubbed away on the edges and mouldings to expose hints of the underlying surface for an antiqued effect. The interior shelves, cabinet back panels, and internal doors are freshly finished in white and remain exceptionally clean. All four cupboard doors align properly, close securely with their central turn-latch hardware, and the drawers pull open as they should. The main cabinet frame is solid, exceptionally sturdy, and stands completely level.
