Using our online customiser, you can select your preferred shell finish, choose from a range of premium outer materials, customise the stitching, and complete your design with a luxurious inner lining. For the stitching, you can choose a perfectly coordinated finish by matching it to your selected outer material, or create a more distinctive look with a contrasting thread colour. As you make your selections, the customiser updates in real time, allowing you to see your design come to life before placing your order. If we are making a product to your specifications, we regret that we are unable to offer a replacement case or a refund if you are not happy with the product. Also, please note that when submitting design requests to us, you must ensure that your designs do not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights held by a third party. These restrictions do not apply if your product does not reach you in perfect condition or if it is in any way faulty – in which case we will of course offer a refund or replacement at your choice.
