Under the full moon, we gather to pause, release, and reconnect. Join Nitika and Olga for a grounding evening on the rooftop at LifeLab KAFD. This mixed-gender gathering is designed to help you slow down, settle into the body, reflect with intention, and connect with yourself and others in a calm, welcoming space. Come solo, with a friend, or as a couple. No previous ceremony, meditation, breathwork, or sound healing experience is required. Cacao is a traditional ceremonial drink made from pure, minimally processed cacao. Rich in antioxidants and natural compounds that support mood and focus. It offers a gentle, uplifting experience that complements meditation and community gatherings.
