Rustic Morel Bites, 1 Pound of Morels, Dried, 1.6 Ounce Dry Weight

This product is morel flakes/bites. We normally only sell American picked morels but these babies are from Canada eh. We got a great deal on these wild and clean morels from the Canadian wilderness and we are passing the savings on to you. They vary in size but are somewhere between a powder and large pieces. Here's what we use them for: sprinkle into pan with butter while steak rests add directly to ramen/soup fold into mashed potatoes pizza topping mac & cheese alfredo sauce wild mushroom rice You can use them anywhere you like! They are big enough to provide some texture and a real mushroom flavor but small enough to be added to any recipe.
