It can also be used after certain eye surgeries when recommended by an eye-care professional. Active Ingredients The 15 mL multidose bottle contains: Trehalose 3% – a sugar that helps protect eye-surface cells from drying and stress. Sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) 0.15% – attracts and retains moisture, improving lubrication. Carbomer 0.25% – a gel-forming polymer that increases how long the product remains on the eye. Other ingredients include sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, and sterile water.
