Vintage 1960s-70s cinch waist tie belt. Thick black velvet band. Raised metallic wrapped gold cord embroidery in an intricate design with beads. Closes with metallic thick cord ties that have tassels on the ends. Black satin nylon backing. Marked: none Best fits size: Small Waist: 27" tie the tightest that can be Width: 2" Ties: 25" Condition: Excellent. Very little wear. Appears cord has been reinforced with hand stitching at some point.
