P2G – Glucose (Dextrose) 25% + Glycerine 25% + Phenol 2.5% Injection – 30 ml

Dextrose 25% / Glycerine 25% / Phenol 2.5% Injection, commonly referred to as P2G or DPG, is a sterile, highly hyperosmolar proliferant/sclerosant solution intended for clinician-directed regenerative injection/prolotherapy use. Each mL contains dextrose 250 mg, glycerine 0.25 mL ≈ 310 mg if interpreted as 25% v/v, and phenol 25 mg, with sterile water q.s. to volume. The calculated osmolarity is approximately 5,024 mOsm/L using glycerine 25% v/v. In naturopathic, functional, and integrative medicine contexts, P2G has historically been used as a prolotherapy / regenerative injection therapy solution for ligamentous laxity, tendon/enthesis irritation, chronic musculoskeletal pain patterns, sacroiliac or spinal ligament pain, and other selected connective-tissue pain presentations.
