Dominator Pro Numbered Tool Library Kit

Build a clean, numbered ISO20 tool library directly on your Dominator Pro. The Dominator Pro Numbered Tool Library Kit gives your ISO20 tool holders a dedicated, organized place to live when they are not loaded into your active ATC positions. Instead of leaving tools loose on a bench or scattered across your spoilboard, this kit creates a visible numbered tool library that makes it easier to store, identify, and manage your most-used cutters. Each numbered magnetic tool cup includes a large visible number, magnetic base, TPU compliance layer, and mounting hardware. Mount the cups to a flat surface on or around your Dominator Pro, then use the numbers as a visual reference for your tool library. Designed for Tool Organization This kit is ideal for customers who want to keep a larger collection of ISO20 tools organized and ready to use. Store your tools by number, add optional Cyclone Bits ID Labels, and quickly identify the tools needed for each project before moving them into your active ATC positions. For example, if a project calls for tools 1, 3, and 6, you can pull those tools from your numbered library, place them into your active ATC station, then update your controller’s tool table to match the tools currently installed in those active slots. Magnetic and Removable Each tool cup sits on a magnetic base, allowing the cup and tool holder to be removed when needed. This is useful when you want to clear space, access the area behind the machine, use pass-through capacity, or temporarily reorganize your tool setup. TPU Compliance Layer Included Each magnetic base includes a TPU compliance layer that installs between the mounting surface and the magnetic base. This layer provides a small amount of cushion during tool placement and helps the cup feel more forgiving during setup. The TPU layer is not a substitute for proper ATC calibration. Tool change positions, pickup height, drop-off height, and clearance must still be configured and tested before use. The cups can be mounted to a flat surface and used as a rear tool library, side tool library, or general numbered ISO20 storage system. ISO20 tool holders, cutting tools, CNC machines, spindles, dust boots, ATC systems, 90° front mounts, and Cyclone Bits ID Labels are sold separately unless specifically stated. Important Notes This kit is intended as a numbered storage library, not automatic controller configuration. The numbers on the cups are visual references only. Your CNC controller must still be configured to match the active tool locations being used. Always verify ATC pickup, drop-off, clearance, and Z height before running a carve. Magnetic cups must be fully seated on their bases before use. Dust boot, spindle, hose, gantry, and rear-clearance compatibility may vary by setup. The TPU compliance layer provides light cushion but does not replace proper ATC calibration.
