Cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, then distilled twice to 46% ABV, it opens with aromas of cooked agave, citrus, earth, fresh minerals, and cracked black pepper. The palate is bold yet clean, layering roasted agave, pepper spice, herbs, mint, and subtle floral notes with a rich mineral backbone.
