Inner Judo: Wrestling with Life
Join us for an open discussion on resistance on Sunday, July 12th from 9:30-11am in our Venice apothecary. In the sport of Judo, a Judoka ("Person of the Gentle Way") uses the force of charging opponents to turn and throw them to the ground. The aim is proper technique and flow, rather than violence or resistance. In the same way, we have the ability to perform Inner Judo when facing difficult situations in life. Together, through creative discussion and strategic thinking, we work to overcome the problems we are struggling with. It is a fun and inspiring exercise that helps expand our thinking and strengthen our minds. About Brian Brian is a fitness enthusiast and full time Muay Thai trainer in Los Angeles.
