On the palate, it is dry, fresh and balanced, combining Chardonnay’s soft texture with lively Mediterranean freshness. The finish is clean, elegant and lightly mineral. Food Pairing Excellent as an aperitif and with grilled fish, seafood, shellfish, poultry, creamy pasta dishes, vegetable risotto, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean salads.
