Antique Perfect XL Book Chain with Giant Domed Locket (19")

Book chains are one of those antique jewellery forms that I think people always underestimate until they have one in their hands, because the construction is so considered and so precise that wearing one feels less like putting on a necklace and more like putting on a piece of architecture.
