Under Luca’s leadership, the family winery evolved into Luca Bosio Vineyards, expanding its footprint to more than 1,000 acres across Piedmont. Luca Bosio wines reflect the diversity of Piedmont, from the rolling hills of the Langhe to prestigious growing areas known for Nebbiolo and Barbera. His winemaking emphasizes native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention, preserving the natural aromatics, structure, and character of each vineyard site. The winemaking philosophy is minimal intervention. They respecting the natural evolution of the vineyards, with a focus on environmental sustainability and biodiversity preservation. 100% Chardonnay with skin contact for 24 hours at low temperatures. Followed by 10 days of fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. It then spends 4 months on the lees. A smooth, soft Chardonnay with fruit and floral notes and balanced acidity Ideal as aperitif or with fish.
