HAYWIRE MODERN CORE DECK

The Core deck is the backbone of every game of Haywire Modern. It combines the OPFOR faction, the playable class, and the Fog of War decks into a single package that drives every mission. All of these elements are also available in table format inside the rulebook, but the cards allow for faster reference and smoother play. The OPFOR deck defines the three enemy factions players can face, the insurgents, the cartel, and the armed force. Each faction comes with a unique set of enemy classes, support actions and threat level. The playable class cards represent the 36 classes available to the player, detailing their skills, stats, and gear. You will find roles such as the team leader, the breacher, the marksman, or the undercover operator. Finally, the Fog of War cards inject chaos into even the best planned operations, triggering unexpected events, complications, or narrative twists that force players to adapt on the fly and keep every mission tense and unpredictable.
