*New In Package - Never Been Opened* SKU #28269 I was working with Mattel in 1988 when the first Holiday Barbie was introduced and I remember what an instant sensation it became. This Special Edition Barbie wears a backless bodice that has vertical stripes of shining silver, with large silver snowflakes randomly attached to the attire. This Barbie doll is outfitted with a chic shawl neck line, made out of a fluffy white fur that hugs her neck and shoulder. The Holiday Celebration Barbie's skirt features four layers made of extremely beautiful material. The gown can be detached because of the Velcro back panel and you can easily change your Special Edition Barbie's dresses. As a special bonus, I'm including this vintage 1994 Hallmark Barbie ornament, in superb condition, with this doll. It was a holiday tradition in our home for many years. Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the history of the world and has been since its introduction in 1959. I first started working with Barbie in 1985 in Mattel's Samples Department.
