THE BREWERY SAYS: Pete + the brew team have been trying to create a 0% beer for a long time – years. Along the way, they accidentally stumbled onto a way to make hard seltzer, now known as Dirty Water, when they were trialling an osmosis process. Tiny is fermented using a quasi-yeast that produces no alcohol as a by-product, like normal yeast would.
