Matcha Workshop with The Postcard

Hosted by Daniel Son from The Postcard Matcha and Coffee in Buckhead, this workshop will guide guests through a short lesson on the cultivars of matcha, growing regions, and health benefits. Each guest will be able to taste two cultivars and see a demo of preparation. Then, you will be able to practice how to whisk the perfect bowl of matcha yourself! Flavored syrups and whole milk or dairy free alternative milk will be available so we can all enjoy our matchas after class! The class is approximately 1 hour long. Small treats will be served and as a bonus, 10% off the shop! Features: An info session, a tasting of two varieties, a chawan + whisk demo, and hands-on experience making your own matcha drink!
