Salted Currant Compote
A favorite of our shop manager Katie, this compote by blackcurrant purveyors C. Cassis is made with salt-cured blackcurrants, lemon, ginger, honey and currant liqueur. Smear it on griddled pound cake, swirl into yogurt or glaze a few chicken thighs. The possibilities are endless, and so very delicious! Location: Rhinebeck, NY Net weight: 4oz
